\n When you say \u00abI have been falsely accused of abuse\u00bb, many people think that it refers to any complaint that ends in a file or acquittal.\n But legally, a false accusation is something very specific, regulated in the Article 456 of the Criminal Code<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n \n
